Subject: [PATCH] Made the Requirements information its own major section and
 moved it between the "Getting Started Quickly" and "Getting Started Slowly"
 sections. :) Removed some of the nit-picky requirements information (i.e. GNU
 tar and GNU zip). Attempted to compact the requirements information so that
 it is less scary.
