To use with jemalloc:

$ sudo apt-get install libjemalloc-dev

Note that jemalloc2 has a bug which shows up in tests- make sure
to use jemalloc3

To use with tcmalloc:

$ sudo apt-get install libgoogle-perftools-dev

For benchmarks:

$ sudo apt-get install libdb5.3++-dev libmysqld-dev libaio-dev
