Commit bb21488482bd36eae6b30b014d93619063773fd4 ("[PATCH] switch loop")
started to pass NULL bdev to ioctl hook.

Steps to reproduce:

[boot with loop.max_part=1]
[mount -o loop something so mount fails]

BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 00000000000000b8
