Fix HHWheelTimer compilation bug in libc++ build

Summary:
- Manually swap bucket_ entries in HHWheelTimer to work around a bug in
libc++

Test Plan:
- fbconfig -r folly/io/async && fbmake runtests --extended-tests
- Sync to OS X and build there
